Postal services and related services for the needs of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region

Summary

The procurement covers three lots in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region: (1) collection, routing and delivery of postal items, with related services; (2) distribution of unaddressed documents; and (3) printing, packaging and preparation of documents for dispatch. Each lot is a framework agreement lasting 12 months, renewable three times for the same period, for a maximum total duration of 48 months. Lot 1 is a mixed framework agreement: postal services are paid at unit rates according to actual quantities, while other services are ordered through purchase orders.
