Compliance, maintenance and restoration works at the Church of Notre-Dame de l’Assomption in Meudon

Summary

The tender concerns partial restoration, maintenance and compliance works at the Church of Notre-Dame de l’Assomption in Meudon. The works include restoring the stone surfaces of the bell tower, addressing rising damp damage inside the church, cleaning the main façade and repairing other façades, renewing the boundary fence and entrances, improving accessibility, and upgrading certain technical systems, including installing an intrusion alarm and access control. The contract is divided into six lots: external works, masonry and dressed stone, timber and metal structures and roofing, internal and external joinery, plastering and painting, and electrical works. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros; paper submissions are not permitted. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and the technical assessment for 60%. For each lot, bidders must submit a technical response and a completed fixed-price breakdown. Participation requires information on insurance, turnover, staffing, technical resources and previous works; specific Qualibat qualifications apply to Lots 2, 3 and 4. A site visit is optional but strongly recommended.
