Refurbishment of the reception area at the Versailles Public Finance Centre

Summary

The tender covers refurbishment of the reception area at the Public Finance Centre in Versailles, at 12 rue de l’École des Postes. The works are divided into lots: Lot 1 covers demolition and interior fit-out, including removal of existing structures and furnishings, new partitions, ceilings and doors, painting and floor finishes, and reception desks, service booths and waiting-area furniture. Lot 2 covers low- and high-voltage electrical works and ventilation, including changes to lighting, workstations, the data cabinet and the fire alarm system, as well as adaptation of the existing ventilation system. The offer must include the completed and signed price schedule, a technical proposal and a construction-waste management and tracking plan. Bidders must provide information on turnover for the last three financial years, comparable work completed in the last three years, quality controls, average staffing over three years and professional indemnity insurance. No minimum turnover or minimum level of previous experience is specified. Unfamiliarity with the site cannot later be used to seek a price change or compensation for additional work.
