Tender detail
Heritage signage and orientation and information plans
Summary
The tender covers the design, manufacture, supply and installation of heritage signage and orientation and information plans for the town of Vittel. The work extends the heritage trail into the historic town centre and the Vieux Vittel area. It includes interpretive signs, heritage plaques and coordinated signage furniture, as well as the graphic and cartographic design of a general orientation and information plan for the resort. The town will provide the heritage plaque text and the source information for the plan. The contractor must prepare the design and map, submit at least one complete mock-up, and make revisions until the town approves it. The approved plan will be adapted for the various supports, and the contractor must hand over the project source files and assign the relevant economic rights to the town. The estimated quantities include 11 single-plaque stands, one double-plaque stand, two plaque supports for railings, ten wall-mounted plaque supports, design of one general plan, and manufacture and installation of seven orientation plans. Two options must also be priced; their details are in a separate heritage-signage presentation document. This is a 12-month framework agreement with one supplier, with annual order values ranging from a minimum of EUR 25,000 to a maximum of EUR 63,000 excluding VAT. Orders will be issued as needs arise. Variants are allowed if submitted separately from the base bid and if they are at least as good in quality as the base solution. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 23 October 2026 at 12:00. An electronic signature is not required. Bidders must submit priced unit-price and estimated-quantity schedules, a technical memorandum and an implementation schedule. The evaluation awards 50 points for technical merit, 40 for price, 5 for delivery times and 5 for environmental performance.
