Printing and mailing of the Cantal Éco magazine

Summary

The contract covers printing, preparing for mailing and distributing the Cantal Éco business magazine to companies in the Cantal area. The work includes checking supplied files, producing pre-print proofs and making corrections, printing and finishing a 28-page A4 magazine in full colour, processing the address file, wrapping and mailing approximately 5,600 copies, and charging postage at actual cost. The usual print run is 6,000 copies, with an expected 3–4 issues per year. The framework agreement has a maximum value of €100,000 excluding VAT and runs for two years, with two possible one-year extensions. The offer must include prices, production and delivery times, details of the team and technical resources, and environmental commitments; paper samples and examples of printed magazines must also be provided. A compliant base offer is mandatory; optional alternatives may propose different paper or mailing packaging.
