Supply of electronic meal vouchers

Summary

SERTRID is procuring digital meal-voucher cards or another dematerialised meal-voucher solution. The estimated quantity is 0–9,000 vouchers. The contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed once for a further 12 months. Bidders must meet requirements concerning turnover, resources and references for similar work carried out during the previous three years. Evaluation assigns 65% to technical merit, 15% to price and 20% to the number of partner outlets in the Territory of Belfort. Technical evaluation covers implementation, training and support, card delivery times, contingency arrangements for service disruptions, ISO 14001 or equivalent and ISO 50001 or equivalent certification, environmental performance, and after-sales support. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
