Purchase of sleeves and split tees for gas infrastructure (LOT 1–2)

Summary

The tender concerns Energinet's gas infrastructure and comprises two framework agreements. LOT 1 covers the purchase of sleeves and split tees including hot tapping and stopple services, while LOT 2 covers methane re-compression services and related support (equipment, personnel, mobilization, demobilization, standby and technical support). The framework agreements last eight years and LOTs are evaluated and awarded separately. The prequalification deadline is 7 October 2026 at 12:00 CET. Applicants must provide ESPD and meet equity requirements with up to five references per LOT describing relevant sleeve and split tee work, including details such as operation description, pressures, diameters, durations, quantities and client contacts. If relying on other entities, separate ESPDs per entity are required. All required evidence and ESPD must be submitted in the tender documents.
