Collection and treatment of specific diffuse waste from the nine Sictom Nord Allier recycling centres

Summary

The tender covers the collection and treatment of specific diffuse waste from nine Sictom Nord Allier recycling centres in the Allier area, together with the provision of hermetically sealed containers. It is a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, for a maximum of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT per year, with an initial term from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and one possible tacit renewal for 2028. The maximum total duration is two years. Offers are due by 16 October 2026 at 14:00. The award criteria are technical quality (30%), environmental protection performance (10%) and price (60%). The contractor must provide an annual report by 31 March on the previous year's collected waste, including quantities, waste names, treatment percentages, treatment centres and their addresses. Optional additional services concern the removal, transport and treatment of nitrous oxide, fire extinguishers and gas cylinders. The contracting authority may negotiate, but may also award the framework agreement on the basis of the initial offers.
