Multi-supplier framework agreements with call-off orders for installing ceiling fans in Parisian schools and childcare facilities

Summary

The procurement covers the installation of ceiling fans and all necessary electrical works in occupied Parisian schools and, if requested, childcare facilities. It is divided into two lots: Centre and North-East, and South-West. Each lot is a multi-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, a 24-month fixed term, no minimum value and a maximum value of EUR 2,702,000 excluding VAT per lot. Up to seven contractors are envisaged for each contract, including five active contractors and two reserve contractors. The successful contractor must be able to maintain a minimum pace of five classrooms per week per geographical sector, with four ceiling fans per classroom and Saturday work for cable routing and related works. The contractor must provide a qualified seven-person core team, meet the turnover and experience requirements, submit the required technical and environmental information, and comply with strict safety, occupied-site, electrical, waste-management and documentation requirements.
