Passenger transport and provision of buses or minibuses in France and Italy

Summary

The procurement covers passenger transport and the provision of buses or minibuses departing from TELT’s site in Italy, with services delivered in Italy, France or other European countries. It is divided into two single-supplier framework agreement lots operated through purchase orders: Lot 1 for passenger transport and buses, with a maximum value of EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, and Lot 2 for passenger transport and minibuses for site visits, with a maximum value of EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. Both lots run from 1 January 2027 to 12 February 2029, with no minimum order volume. Orders will be issued at TELT’s discretion and may cover vehicle and driver availability, mileage, urgent services, second-driver requirements, Sundays, public holidays and night work. Prices are unit prices and must include the relevant personnel, fuel, insurance and vehicle travel costs. The bidder must be able to provide the required vehicles and drivers, meet the technical description and submit the required technical and environmental offer. The award criteria are price 50%, technical value 40% and environmental value 10%. The submission deadline is 6 October 2026 at 12:00.
