Summary

The tender concerns a three-year framework agreement with purchase orders for maintaining riparian woodland and the public river domain managed by DDT 67 in the lower Ill area, north of Strasbourg. The work covers two lots: riparian woodland maintenance and removal of anthropogenic waste. Lot 1 includes dismantling and directional tree felling, maintenance, restructuring and pollarding-type pruning, treatment and removal of wood and residues, removal of blockages, and removal of floating waste. Lot 2 covers the collection, transport and disposal or recovery of waste from banks and the watercourse. The services are performed in Strasbourg, Bischheim, Schiltigheim and La Wantzenau, including the Ill, Aar, Muhlwasser, Steingiessen and Muhlgiessen watercourses. The estimated annual maximum is EUR 40,000 including VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 10,000 including VAT for Lot 2; the annual minimum is zero. The initial term is 12 months, with two possible 12-month renewals. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 16:00 local time. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and technical quality for 60%. The technical assessment is based on the proposed methodology and work organisation, the human and material resources assigned, and arrangements for worker and public safety and environmental protection. Emergency interventions for Lot 1 must be carried out within 48 hours and may receive a premium. The work is subject to environmental, water-safety, site-restoration and waste-traceability obligations.
