Provision of examination spaces

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of equipped rooms, furniture, services and related facilities for written DGDDI administrative examinations in Paris and the nearby suburbs. The contract is divided into 12 lots and is structured as a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders for 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December 2027. A company may bid for one, several or all lots. The estimated value is EUR 80,000–100,000 and the maximum contract value is below EUR 140,000 excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 12:00 Paris time. The supplier must provide suitable, accessible and secure examination premises, including furniture, additional rooms for candidates requiring special arrangements, facilities for the supervision commission, heating, lighting, ventilation, cleaning, signage, sound systems where necessary, fire-safety equipment and security arrangements. Offers are scored on technical value (35%), environmental value (10%), social considerations (5%) and price (50%).
