Construction of an early childhood centre – replacement contract following termination of the original contract, Lot 02: timber structures and timber cladding

Summary

The tender concerns the full takeover and completion of Lot 02 for the construction of an early childhood centre in La Membrolle-sur-Choisille. The scope covers all timber structures, timber frames and timber cladding, including complete execution design, material supply and construction works. The contractor must take account of work already completed and coordinate its design and construction activities with the other contractors on site.
