Works to improve garden accessibility compliance and thermal performance at MUDAAC

Summary

The tender concerns adapting MUDAAC’s rear garden for accessibility by people with disabilities and improving the thermal performance of several areas in Epinal. The works include insulating the library, replacing the offices’ exterior joinery and improving the thermal performance of the ancillary structure. The procurement is divided into 8 lots: external works, structural works, timber frame and roofing works, aluminium exterior joinery and blinds, metalwork, plastering, electrical works and painting.
