Accommodation and social support services for foreign families with children

Summary

The tender concerns accommodation and social support for foreign families with children for one year starting on 1 January 2027, or from contract notification if later. It is a framework agreement that may be renewed for one additional year. The annual minimum is 25 cohabitation accommodations and 25 support services; the annual maximum is 3 cohabitation accommodations, 22 standalone accommodations and 50 support services. The maximum amount allocated by the contracting authority is EUR 460,000 per year. Bidders must hold ISFT accreditation for social, financial and technical support and ILGLS accreditation for rental intermediation and social rental management. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and quality for 60%; the detailed quality criteria are set out in the tender documents.
