Sampling, analysis, collection, transport and treatment of fluorinated firefighting foam concentrates and management of associated waste

Summary

The procurement covers sampling, laboratory analysis, collection, transport, treatment and disposal of fluorinated firefighting foam concentrates, as well as the management of associated waste, for the needs of SDIS 35. It is divided into two lots: lot 1 covers sampling, transport and analysis, with a maximum value of EUR 16,000 excluding VAT over the full period of up to four years; lot 2 covers collection, transport, treatment and disposal, with a maximum value of EUR 46,500 excluding VAT. This is a single-supplier framework agreement operated through purchase orders; the initial term is one year and it may be extended three times by one year. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 9 October 2026 at 17:00. Bidders must provide the required application and tender documents, proof of COFRAC or equivalent certification, and technical and environmental solutions. The evaluation assigns 70 points to price, 20 to technical value and 10 to environmental criteria.
