Ecological restoration works for regional areas

Summary

This is a works framework agreement for ecological restoration in two geographical lots in the Île-de-France region. The scope includes soil works, pond creation and cleaning, maintenance and removal of herbaceous and woody vegetation, tree felling and shaping, uprooting and stump removal, handling of logging residues and other waste, provision of equipment and personnel, and installation of barriers and information panels. The framework agreement has no minimum volume but has a maximum, is awarded to a single bidder, and is performed through orders for up to four years. Lot 1 has a maximum of EUR 300,000 excluding VAT for each 12-month period, while Lot 2 has a maximum of EUR 450,000 excluding VAT for each period; each lot may be extended three times. The submission deadline is 12:00 on 9 October 2026. The evaluation awards 40 points for technical quality, 40 points for price and 20 points for the environmental criterion. Bidders must comply with the mandatory site visit, social inclusion and environmental, biodiversity and waste-management obligations. The minimum social-inclusion commitment is 20 hours for each EUR 20,000 excluding VAT in orders per year.
