Servicing, repairs and technical inspections for Civis fleet vehicles

Summary

The procurement covers five lots for Civis’s vehicle fleet: servicing and repairs for conventional vehicles, servicing and repairs for electric and hybrid vehicles, air-conditioning repairs, technical inspections for all vehicle types, and the supply and fitting of tyres. It is a single-supplier framework agreement performed through orders, with a duration of 6 months. The estimated values of the lots are EUR 52,000, EUR 12,000, EUR 12,000, EUR 6,000 and EUR 8,000 respectively. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 12:00 local Réunion time. For each lot, the bidder must submit a technical memorandum describing the team, qualifications, experience, technical resources, spare-parts stocks and supply lead times; for lot 5, it must also describe tyre quality on the basis of European tyre labelling. Lot 4 is reserved for accredited automotive inspection controllers.
