Purchase of end-of-year books for children and adults

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of educational and cultural end-of-year books for children in Montreuil and for retiring teachers. It is a single-supplier framework agreement with an initial term of one year and possible extensions up to a maximum of four years. The books must be selected, personalised, packaged and delivered to 53 schools in Montreuil; the maximum value is EUR 52,500 excluding VAT per year, or EUR 210,000 for the full term. The bidder must be able to propose suitable books for kindergarten and primary-school children, add the mayor’s message to the first page of children’s books, and wrap books for retiring teachers in gift paper or a gift sleeve.
