The tender concerns a preliminary design study for the hydromorphological restoration of the Seine riverbanks in Argenteuil. The work includes updating the 2024/2025 studies and proposals, supplementing hydraulic, hydromorphological and ecological analyses, assessing gas-pipeline constraints, sizing the works, preparing phasing and cost estimates, and carrying out landscape, impact and regulatory analyses. The study area covers approximately 1,500 metres of riverbank; the proposed linear bank-restoration works cover about 810 metres and the proposed beach about 100 metres. The contract lasts 48 months. It is a mixed contract: part of the work is paid at a lump-sum price and additional tasks may be ordered through purchase orders as needs arise.
