Summary

The procurement concerns cleaning services for buildings operated by Département des Hautes Pyrénées, divided into seven lots. Lots 1–5 are ordinary contracts; lots 6 and 7 combine an ordinary contract with a framework agreement using order forms, with a maximum total value of EUR 10,000 excluding VAT for each lot. Contracts for lots 2–7 run from 1 February 2027 to 31 December 2028, while the contract for lot 1 runs from 21 June 2027 to 31 December 2028. A site visit to all locations covered by the selected lot is mandatory, and variants are not permitted. The award criteria for all lots are price, worth 70 points; the relevance of management, monitoring, control, and absence-management measures, worth 20 points; and environmental performance, worth 10 points.
