Travel agency services and related services for the City of Le Havre

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and management of domestic and international travel for the City of Le Havre. The services include arranging air, rail and maritime transport tickets, as well as hotel reservations, vehicle hire, transfers and visa issuance. The contractor must also arrange and provide tickets for flights to overseas departments and territories for municipal employees and their eligible dependants entitled to special leave travel. This is an order-based framework agreement with no minimum value and a maximum annual value of EUR 57,500 excluding VAT. The agreement will run for one year and may be tacitly renewed up to three times for one year each, for a maximum total duration of four years. Tenders must be submitted by 30 September 2026 at 12:00. Tenders will be evaluated on financial value and technical value, each worth 50 points.
