Framework agreement for trenchless rehabilitation works on sewer networks

Summary

The tender concerns trenchless rehabilitation of wastewater and stormwater networks and their connections within the SIAVOS area. The works include, among other things, sewer cleaning and CCTV inspections, milling, lining, spiral-wound pipe installation, stainless-steel sleeve installation, rehabilitation of manholes and connections, wastewater diversion, and preparation of inspection and as-built documentation. This is a framework agreement with a single economic operator. It has an initial term of 24 months and may be expressly renewed once for a further 24 months, with a maximum total duration of 48 months. The maximum contract value is EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT and the minimum value is EUR 0. The tender deadline is 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The procurement is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. A company must be able to submit a technically complete tender, provide qualified personnel meeting the safety requirements, and have the necessary equipment and certifications, as well as rapid emergency-response capacity.
