Continuing education for radiologists

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation of continuing education for AP-HP radiologists over four years. The four lots cover artificial intelligence and communication; pelvic, breast imaging and urology; osteoarticular topics, neurology and ear, nose and throat; and cardiovascular, thoracic, abdominal and digestive topics. The four-year minimum and maximum values excluding VAT are respectively EUR 7,000–35,000, EUR 10,000–55,000, EUR 15,000–80,000 and EUR 10,000–65,000. The provider must be able to start after contract notification and a preparation period, deliver the training at its own premises, and specify the location and type of rooms offered. The tender must be submitted electronically in French by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Questions may be submitted by 6 October 2026 and answers will be issued by 7 October 2026. The contract lasts four years, and the contracting authority may terminate it without compensation six months before the end date. Participation requires, among other things, proof of QUALIOPI certification or an ongoing certification process, financial and professional capacity, relevant previous experience, and all required application and tender documents. The technical memorandum must describe equipment, personnel, training methodology, organisation and sustainability measures. Evaluation awards 45 points for technical quality, 35 for price, 10 for organisation and logistics, and 10 for sustainable quality; a technical-quality score below 12/20 results in elimination.
