Maintenance of green spaces

Summary

The tender covers four lots for maintaining green spaces in Mably: mowing and removing weeds from paths and planted areas, cutting and trimming at various sites, removing weeds from various pavements, and clearing slopes and basins of scrub. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 and may, at the authority’s discretion, be renewed twice for one year, but not beyond 31 December 2029. Lots 1 and 2 will be awarded as single-bidder framework agreements under which orders will be issued. Lots 2 and 3 are reserved for the eligible enterprises or establishments specified by law. The optional site visit is conducted freely at the sites. The deadline for tenders is 6 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are set out in the consultation rules.
