Management of Civil Liability Insurance and Third-Party Damage Claims

Summary

The tender concerns a single-provider framework agreement for investigating and managing non-bodily-injury civil liability insurance claims from 1 January 2027, regardless of when they are reported. A claim may be reported up to five years after the event giving rise to the damage. The initial contract period runs until 31 December 2027, with up to three automatic one-year renewals until no later than 31 December 2030. The maximum annual framework agreement value is EUR 53,750 excluding VAT, or EUR 64,500 including VAT. The tender submission deadline is 5 October 2026 at 16:00. Tenders will be evaluated on technical value (50%), environmental value (10%) and price (40%). Tenderers may also optionally offer the investigation, handling and management of bodily-injury claims.
