Production and installation of scenographic arrangements for the exhibition “Cardinal de Rohan and the Affair of the Necklace” at the National Archives in Paris

Summary

The procurement concerns the design, production and installation of exhibition scenography for an exhibition held at the Hôtel de Soubise, the Paris site of the National Archives, from 7 April to 12 July 2027. The contract is divided into four lots: scenographic arrangements; printing and installation of graphics; lighting and electrical works; and the purchase, installation, maintenance and removal of sound-system equipment. Services are scheduled to start on 16 November 2026 and last 10 months. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 15:00. The contract is a firm lump-sum agreement, and variants are not permitted. Lots 1 and 2 include optional additional services that must be priced; failure to price them will result in rejection of the bid.
