Provision of containers, transport and recovery of used cooking oils from Vendée waste collection centres

Summary

The tender concerns a 48-month framework agreement for providing suitable containers for used cooking oils collected at waste collection centres in Vendée, collecting the oils by container exchange or pumping, transporting them to a conditioning or treatment site, weighing the load, recovering the used oils and treating unwanted materials. A waste tracking document must be issued where required. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and has a maximum value of EUR 77,250 excluding VAT over its full duration, excluding revenues. Bids must be submitted by 2 October 2026 at 12:00. No variants are permitted. The contracting authority may negotiate, but may also award the contract on the basis of the initial bids.
