Design and construction of 31 timber homes “Mouncaout II” in Castets

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of 31 off-site modular timber homes in the Mouncaout II development in Castets, to be completed within 24 months. The project comprises 18 social rental apartments and 13 individual homes under a shared-ownership scheme, delivered in two phases. The restricted procedure will shortlist three candidates. Applications must include evidence of professional and quality qualifications, financial capacity, human and technical resources, relevant project references and the qualifications of key staff.
