Restructuring and renovation works for the TMF building

Summary

The tender concerns the restructuring and renovation of the TMF building at 07C Avenue Charles de Gaulle, Etival-Clairefontaine. The works are divided into eight lots: earthworks, structural works and roads and utilities; steel cladding and roofing; external and internal joinery; plastering, partitions and insulation; electrical installations; plumbing, sanitary installations, heating and ventilation; tiling; and painting and finishing. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots. A site visit is mandatory for all lots and is available on 22 or 29 September 2026 from 14:00 to 15:00.
