Deployment of a video surveillance system

Summary

The contract concerns the deployment of a video surveillance system at Grand Annecy’s drinking-water facilities in Haute-Savoie over a 60-month period. The fixed-price part includes installing a redundant central system with servers, an operating workstation and dedicated distribution points across the primary network, deploying cameras at four pilot sites, and replacing existing cameras on the primary network sites. The order-based part covers camera deployment at other sites; indicatively, Grand Annecy expects to deploy video surveillance at four to six sites per year after the fixed-price part is completed. The restricted procedure has two stages: applications followed by tenders from approved candidates. Up to five candidates will be selected. Applications must meet the exercise, economic and financial capacity, and technical capacity requirements set out in the consultation rules. The deadline for receipt of tenders is 12 October 2026.
