Renovation and extension of the Ponte Leccia Fire and Rescue Centre in the municipality of Morosaglia

Summary

The tender covers the renovation and extension of the Ponte Leccia Fire and Rescue Centre in the municipality of Morosaglia. The works are divided into nine lots: demolition and structural works; structural timber, roofing and cladding; waterproofing; aluminium, PVC and timber joinery; partitions, insulation, painting and suspended ceilings; electrical and low-voltage systems; plumbing, sanitary installations, ventilation and air conditioning; tiling; and façade treatment. The contract is planned for 18 months, and offers are due by 5 October 2026 at 10:00. Tenderers may not submit their own variants. Mandatory additional works must be priced for demolition of asphalt and earthworks under Lot 1 and painting of existing premises under Lot 5.
