Adaptation and extension of an existing Creole house into a social centre in the town centre

Summary

The tender concerns the creation of a social centre in the town of Lamentin by adapting and extending an existing Creole house in Guadeloupe. The works are divided into six lots: demolition and structural works; insulation, waterproofing and cladding; roofing, structural carpentry, timber joinery and rainwater works; aluminium joinery and metalwork; electrical, plumbing, lighting, ventilation and air-conditioning systems; and partitions, suspended ceilings, wall finishes, signage and fit-out.
