Property and casualty insurance contracts

Summary

The tender covers insurance contracts for the municipality of Cabanac-et-Villagrains, divided into seven lots: property and related risks; water and sewerage assets; liability and legal defence; vehicle fleet and accessories; legal protection of the municipality; functional and criminal-defence legal protection for officials and elected representatives; and statutory risks. The contract will run for 48 months, with tenders due by 6 October 2026 at 12:00. Offers must be submitted by duly authorised risk-carrying insurers or by intermediaries acting on behalf of such an insurer. Evaluation is based on the nature and scope of guarantees and deductibles (50%), pricing conditions (40%), and claims administration and follow-up (10%).
