Advisory services for closing 23 public water and/or wastewater service delegation contracts and launching a new concession in 14 municipalities

Summary

The tender concerns owner's advisory services for closing 23 public service delegation contracts covering drinking water supply and/or collective wastewater services and launching a new public service concession for drinking water and wastewater services in 14 municipalities in the Provence Verte area. The assignment has a fixed part with three phases: reviewing the 23 expiring contracts, analysing possible management models, and assisting with the implementation of a new outsourced management model. An optional part covers 12 months of support for monitoring the public service concession. The contract duration is 36 months, and the new management model must take effect by 1 January 2029. Offers are due by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. Award criteria are technical quality (40%), price (40%) and environmental performance (20%).
