Supply and delivery of cleaning products, wiping materials and cleaning equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of cleaning and hygiene products, wiping materials, disposable supplies, cleaning equipment and refuse bags for all sites of the Municipality of La Bouilladisse. It is a four-year framework agreement with purchase orders, divided into three lots; suppliers may bid for one or more lots. The maximum value is EUR 30,000 excluding VAT per year and EUR 120,000 excluding VAT over four years. The deadline for offers is 16 October 2026 at 12:00. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, runs initially for one year and may be tacitly renewed three times for one year each. Offers must be submitted electronically in French through the buyer’s platform. No variants are allowed. The award is based on unit prices, the catalogue discount, technical value and environmental value. The supplier must provide the required candidate documents, references, completed unit-price schedules and technical memorandum, together with a catalogue or website access and the applicable discount for products outside the price schedule.
