Maintenance and servicing of technical installations in buildings in the Rodez agglomeration

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and servicing of the technical installations in buildings in the Rodez agglomeration. It is divided into three lots: lifts and goods lifts; automatic doors, sectional doors and gates; and fire extinguishers, smoke vents and smoke extraction systems. Each lot will be awarded separately. The initial contract period is 12 months and the contract may be renewed under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Offers must be submitted by 6 October 2026 at 12:00. Variants are not permitted, and the award criteria are specified in the consultation rules.
