Moving services, furniture storage and cleaning for evacuations, and moving services in municipal buildings

Summary

The tender covers moving services, furniture storage and cleaning in connection with evacuations ordered under the mayor’s police powers, as well as moving and furniture transfer services within municipal buildings in Saint-Denis. It is divided into three lots: lot 1 for moving and storing or disposing of furniture, with a maximum value of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT per year; lot 2 for clearing and/or cleaning undeveloped land and premises, with a maximum value of EUR 100,000 excluding VAT per year; and lot 3 for moving and transferring furniture within the city’s property portfolio, with a maximum value of EUR 800,000 excluding VAT per year. There is no minimum value. The agreement starts on 2 November 2026, or on the notification date if later, runs initially until 1 November 2027 and may be tacitly renewed three times for one-year periods. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 17:00. Price, technical quality and environmental or social performance are assessed, with the weighting differing by lot.
