Property boundary delimitation, topography, urban planning and development, and utility network detection and geolocation services for 2027–2030

Summary

The procurement covers four service lots in Talence: cadastral property boundary delimitation, topography, urban planning and development, and detection and geolocation of utility networks. Separate framework agreements will run from 2027 and may be renewed annually through 31 December 2030. Lots 1 and 2 are multi-supplier agreements with up to three selected suppliers; lots 3 and 4 are single-supplier agreements. There is no minimum contract value. The annual maximum values are EUR 30,000 for lot 1, EUR 100,000 for lot 2, EUR 30,000 for lot 3 and EUR 100,000 for lot 4, excluding VAT. Electronic submission is mandatory and the deadline is 5 October 2026 at 16:00. Price carries 55%, technical quality 35% and environmental performance 10%.
