Assistance to the contracting authority for solarisation of municipal roofs

Summary

The tender concerns assistance to the contracting authority in assessing the opportunity and feasibility of installing solar energy systems on municipal public buildings in the Vichy Communauté area. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 89,000 excluding VAT and is not divided into lots. The services cover: analysis of the listed buildings to identify those to be assessed; administrative, economic and technical opportunity and feasibility studies; and, where required, structural studies for category 1 public-access establishments or at the municipality’s request. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. No financial guarantee is required. Tenders are assessed on technical quality (40%), price (50%) and sustainable development measures (10%), including mobility, energy and digital efficiency, corporate social responsibility and social-inclusion measures.
