Besançon – Public Spaces around the Grand Library

Summary

Open tender by Grand Besançon Métropole for the construction of public spaces surrounding the Grand Library as part of the Saint-Jacques project in Besançon, France. The contract is divided into three separately awarded lots: earthworks, roads and utility networks and structures; green spaces and street furniture; and lighting. The works will be paid using unit prices and lump-sum prices and are planned for 15 months. Offers are due by 9 October 2026 at 12:00.
