Construction of stormwater runoff management structures in the Milleville stream catchment at Attichy
Summary
The tender covers construction works to manage stormwater runoff in the Milleville stream catchment in the communes of Attichy, Tracy-le-Mont, Moulin-sous-Touvent and Bitry, in the Oise department. The catchment covers approximately 1,296 hectares and the works aim to slow and control runoff, reduce soil erosion and mudflows, protect urbanised areas and agricultural uses, and improve hydraulic and ecological functioning. The contract is divided into two lots: gabion-type flow-management structures, and soft hydraulic and flow-management works without gabions. The second lot may include swales, stepped ditches, embankments, hedges, grassed strips, fascines, concrete channels, culvert installation and related works. The contract duration is 14 months, with a one-month preparation phase and a three-month works phase for each lot. A site visit is mandatory, and the signed visit certificate with a photographic report must accompany the offer. Offers must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 120 calendar days. The offer must include the completed commitment document, price schedule, estimated quantity schedule, technical memorandum, detailed schedule, site-visit certificate and any required subcontracting declarations. Offers are assessed on price (40%), technical value (45%) and environmental performance (15%).
