Summary

The tender concerns hedge planting works in the catchment areas of the Ribou and La Rucette water intakes in Cholet. The framework agreement with purchase orders covers campaign organisation, technical preparation, soil preparation, supply and installation of plants, mulch and game protection, fencing, post-planting monitoring and vegetation maintenance. Planting campaigns take place during the winter period, from November to March. The agreement runs for 12 months from notification and may be expressly renewed three times for additional 12-month periods, for a maximum duration of four years. There is no minimum commitment; the annual maximum is EUR 120,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 144,000 including VAT. Tenders must be submitted by 6 October 2026 at 12:15.
