Heritage and technical diagnosis before restoration of the roofs and façades of the Jacquet Pavilion in Nancy

Summary

The tender concerns a three-phase heritage and technical diagnosis of the Jacquet Pavilion in Nancy, a listed historic building, before restoration of the roofs and façades of its inner courtyard. The work covers analysis of the existing building, identification of defects and pathologies, assessment of its condition, intervention scenarios and a preliminary cost estimate for works carried out while the building remains occupied. The price is weighted at 50 points, technical quality at 45 points and environmental performance at 5 points; negotiations may be conducted, but the authority may also award on the basis of initial offers.
