Tree condition assessment for the City of Saintes

The City of Saintes is procuring tree condition assessment services in Charente-Maritime under a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders. The contract is divided into two lots: basic and in-depth tree diagnostics, and global assessment of tree health.
