Reconstruction of public lighting installations

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and modernisation of public lighting installations for local authorities on Réunion. The works cover 14 municipalities and are divided into two geographical lots: Lot 01 North, with a maximum value of EUR 1.8 million over the full term, and Lot 02 South, with a maximum value of EUR 1.2 million. The framework agreement has no minimum value, maximum 12-month values of EUR 600,000 and EUR 400,000 respectively, and may run for up to three years through two one-year renewals. The works may include replacing luminaires and changing technology, fully replacing obsolete or damaged lighting columns, renovating or replacing cabinets and their equipment, modernising installations, and extending the existing network with additional light points and associated cabling. The initial term is 12 months from notification, and the deadline for tenders is 30 September 2026 at 10:00. Negotiations may be conducted in writing, but the contracting authority may award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without negotiations; where negotiations are held, the response period will be at least 24 hours.
