Works involving emulsion-treated gravel and emulsion bituminous concrete on the road network and properties managed by the Var Department

Summary

The tender covers the construction or renewal of emulsion-treated gravel base layers and emulsion bituminous concrete wearing and binder courses on the road network and other areas managed by the Var Department. The works also include preparing the road foundation, site signage and all other works required for hydrocarbon road surfacing. This is a framework agreement of up to four years, performed through individual orders; each order will specify the execution period in calendar days. The minimum framework value is EUR 150,000 excluding VAT in each period; the maximum value is EUR 1,200,000 excluding VAT in periods 1, 2 and 3, and EUR 1,600,000 excluding VAT in period 4. The tender deadline is 9 October 2026 at 20:00. Tenders will be evaluated on technical value (20%), environmental value (15%) and price (65%). The contract also includes an employment-insertion measure.
