Renovation of the F1–F2 building to create the SAS accommodation unit at IDEF – 12 lots

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of the existing F1–F2 building to create the SAS emergency accommodation unit at IDEF. The works are divided into 12 lots covering demolition and structural works, façade works, external and internal joinery, furniture, partitions and ceilings, floor and wall coverings, tiling, thermal insulation, heating, ventilation and plumbing, electrical and security systems, and external works and landscaping. The entire ground floor, covering 420 m², will be adapted for children and staff; a 34 m² covered terrace will be built and 230 m² of external areas will be upgraded.
