Masonry, repair and refurbishment works in buildings of the Val-de-Marne Department

The Val-de-Marne Department is procuring masonry and related building works for the maintenance and renovation of its property portfolio, including holiday villages outside the department. Lot 1 covers sites in four geographic sectors of Val-de-Marne and the children’s home in Nièvre; it is a multi-supplier framework agreement with annual amounts of €480,000 to €32 million excluding VAT and up to four contractors. Lot 2 covers geographically remote sites in Savoie and Haute-Savoie; it is a single-supplier framework agreement with annual amounts of €40,000 to €1 million excluding VAT.
