Electricity supply and delivery for SPL Les Eaux de la Confluence facilities

Summary

SPL Les Eaux de la Confluence is procuring electricity supply and delivery for its facilities and water-network infrastructure from 1 January 2027. The procurement is divided into three lots by delivery-point category: high-voltage A, low-voltage connections above 36 kVA, and low-voltage connections of up to 36 kVA. The contracts cover an indicative annual consumption of roughly 3.2–3.7 million kWh and include balancing responsibility, consumption monitoring and billing tools, and tariff-optimisation services.
